100% satisfaction. The apartment is located in a beautifully restored house. The apartment is new, modern, and very clean. The beds are super comfortable. The apartment was equipped with all the necessary kitchen appliances, just like at home. If you need a bike to explore the area, there's a profesional bike rental downstairs. Friendly and committed host. Givry is a charming and famous wine town, and a stone's throw from the apartment is a great boulangerie and several good restaurant options.

The apartments are modern, clean, functional and comfortable. The location is close to the center of the village including all the basic shops. We were fortunate to also have the benefit of the weekly market. Jerome was very hospitable and did his best to assist at all times.

“What a pearl”
It all starts with the path leading to the picturesque village of Givry, surrounded by a beautiful forest that opens up to a winding road where you can see the village lying ahead. The accommodation itself is of rare, high quality, with a warm interior that makes you feel welcome right away. The apartment is stylishly decorated with great attention to detail, and you can sense the care put into it by Jérôme. Unfortunately, he couldn't welcome us in person due to our delay, but we didn't experience any inconvenience from that. Through a clear message, he ensured a seamless check-in process for us. Everything about this apartment is perfect and of exceptional quality. The price-quality ratio is excellent. We were traveling from Spain to the Netherlands, and our stay here was an unexpectedly peaceful stop on our journey, exceeding our expectations.The village itself is beautiful, with many sights to see and a rich history that is definitely worth a visit. We also enjoyed a drink at the local tavern, which was pleasantly busy, and we were served with utmost friendliness.A gem of a stop during our visit to France! Everything is perfect here. The owner is really very helpful and friendly. The studio is clean, comfortable, very efficiently equipped with everything you need in a studio with kitchen. Everything is new and modern. Also the bathroom is great, with rain shower. Heat and airconditioning can be controlled by the guest. We received a continuous daily supply of nespresso, towels when asked for, and help with planning our bike tours. It's an excellent location for various bike tours. Wifi and TV is excellent. Beds are extra large and very high quality. There is always enough space in the street to park your car (free). Our bicycles could be stored inside overnight. The apartments in the back are also very quiet, perfectly soundproof. The windows at the back of course do not offer a view but it does not matter anyway if you're out all day. There are two excellent bakeries within a few steps from the studio, and a supermarket at 600-700 meters. We hope to return on one of our next trips.

“Excellent.”
This accommodation was booked as a one night stopover en route back from the Alps. The host was really helpful (speaks pretty good English). He suggested options for local restaurants and even rang the good, local pizzeria to book us in (we enjoyed good, hot, freshly-made food there). As for the room: The host converted the excellent rooms during the pandemic and they have been expertly designed with comfortable beds and furniture, air-conditioning, plus a kitchen area with pretty much everything you need for a short stay. (Hot drinks machine with coffee and tea pods provided by the host. A generously-sized fridge with freezer compartment. Dishwasher). The host was very happy to do our washing up! For a larger family it looks like you could arrange adjoining rooms as there was a locked door in one of the walls. A good shower in the bathroom with overhead shower or handheld options. The host is happy to offer use of a secure area for luggage if you don't want to leave anything in the car. We would definitely stay here again.
