Beautiful and serene stay in a beautiful and serene place. Spacious apartment, elegantly furnished with a range of old and new. Perfectly equipped for self catering and first class bed linen, wonderful nights' sleep. Attentive and welcoming hosting, could not recommend this more highly.

Afaf is truly a wonderful host! She warmly welcomed us on the day we arrived, the jam and bakery she recommended were all delicious! The decor in the house is amazing and with the view in the terrace, The bed is very comfortable, so does the two head shower. Me and mom loved everything!

Excellent accommodation, very well equipped, comfortable, clean. Well located and good parking avaiable on the premises. Afaf met us and showed us the apartment. Breakfast items provided which were much appreciated. Nice terrace, very convenient with A/C in the bedroom since it was very hot. Highly recommended!

It was a peaceful location, yet within walking distance from Monet’s garden. It was immaculate and well appointed with very tasteful decorations and beautifully furnished. There was a very generous welcome pack of initial food items. The gardens were beautiful and there was secure off road parking. We had a very welcome.

The location was perfect, nice restaurants within walking distance, but your own balcony to relax and look out onto the lovely garden. Arrived late, so the host provided everything for a simple meal. Comfy bed, everything very clean.

The warmest hosts! Afaf and her husband cares for the smallest details (fully equipped kitchenette, essential cabinet items and event better, homemade jams from their beloved garden) of the lodge that makes it so welcoming, cozy and functional throughout our stay. Gorgeous house nicely situated in a dreamy location of Giverny. Everything comes as a full package and compliments our visit to Giverny. We came for the Claude Monet's house but little did we know is actually the lodge the make our visit so lovely and can't wait to visit it in different season to see the nature.

It was a delight from the moment we arrived. Am so pleased we stayed here and can’t wait to stay again. The hosts were wonderful and we even had homemade jam made by them and fruit from their garden. This is one of most beautiful property I stayed, and within walking distance to Monet's garden. The host Afaf greeted me with warm and beautiful smile, she was so nice and friendly. She toured the whole apartment, beautifully decorated. There is a property with a whole living room, and fully equipped with kitchen etc.., and a bed room upstairs with a bathtub, a separated shower bathroom. A laundry area downstairs and they even have home made jam in the refrigerator. The property is very spacious and its great for a couple. Will definitely come back to stay here again !!

What can I say! Fantastic welcome, top quality apartment, amazing location 7 minute walk from Monet's Garden (and Giverny was beautifully quiet once the coaches left), wonderful provisions provided for breakfast etc (the jams were particularly lovely), super luxury bedroom and bathroom. Sitting on the balcony in the sun overlooking the garden was truly a slice of heaven. Parking was excellent (in front of house behind locked gate). Worth every penny. Made our touring holiday!

Great location in the middle of Giverny, just a short walk to Monet's garden. The property is amazing with a very high standard of fittings and equipment, I wish we could have stayed longer to fully appreciate it The hosts went above and beyond, coming out to pick us up when our car broke down on the way there, making sure we had enough to eat following our late arrival, and then arranging a taxi to take us to the railway station the next day

The location of the Orpheus Lodge was perfect, located right on Rue Claude Monet, with all the attractions and the lovely bakery right at our doorstep. The freshly renovated lodge was fitted out beautifully, with everything a guest could possibly want or need. It was cozy and also luxurious. The clawfoot bathtub in the bedroom was a real treat. Afaf & Alan, the owners, were very nice, friendly & helpful, there to provide anything a guest may want or need. Anyone travelling to Giverny, should choose The Orpheus Lodge as their perfect accommodation for their stay 👍
