“Lovely woodland escape”

A cosy little house in a lovely woodland setting. Very convenient for Billund and Jelling, a great base for touring the local area. We had a couple of young foxes visit the garden while we were there and enjoyed being surrounded by the trees.

Again the perfect base camp for Legoland. Second year we booked this home for a week long visit to Legoland & Lego House. Again we felt very welcome with the linnen ready, dishwasher tabs available and chocolate waiting. The beds were just as fluffy and the children slept like drunken sailors after their days making memories.

Perfect location for family trip to LEGOLAND. Beautiful house in tranquil surrounding. Very nice host. Absolutely to stay again!

“Perfect base camp”

The arrival was great. After 8h in a car the tiredness just fell off our shoulders when we drove up to the house. Inside and outside the house it just made us feel like we were welcome. Little things like wood for a fire was ready to use, soap at the sink, tabs for the dishwasher, blankets on the couch, sugar and coffee in little jars to start of with, a lot of tableware, candles, etc. The house was clean, the beds fluffy and the surroundings peaceful. The house is surrounded by trees. This gives a cosy feeling. The fields following are filled with flowers. Every morning we saw wildlife at the driveway like deers or bunnies. During the day there were squirrels and toads. The house is a perfect base camp for visiting Billund, Legoland and Lego House. The drive is 11 minutes. And after a day of being submerged in plastic building blocks it’s nice to come home to peace and quiet. Our kids slept like drunken sailors in their warm fluffy beds. We’ve stayed for 7 days and booked again for next year. Pictures taken when we left.

We’ve enjoyed the quite and intimate location and the views. The property is very well equipped, we even hat chocolate, coffe and tea from the house which was very appreciated since we’ve arrived late in the evening and everything was closed. We had a mini stove in the living and everything necessary to set up a fire. This was very pleasant for us.
