Ideally located a few steps from the sandy beach, Residence Gambrinus boasts a swimming pool with sun terrace and self-catering apartments with modern décor. Wired internet is free. Guests enjoy free use of 1 parasol and 2 deckchairs per apartment at the beach. Bikes can be rented on site. The Residence is 2 km from the centre of Giulianova and about 10 minutes' drive from Alba Adriatica. The surrounding area offers all services, such as restaurants, shops and cafés.

Top location next to the beach and very good price. We had all the facilities in the room, including small kitchen and the toilet was perfect with everything we needed. Also we had a small balconny.

Easy to park the car. Close to the beach. Pool is ok. Nice contact with people taking care of the residence. Clean. Limited comfort for the kids (sleeping in small couch in the kitchen) but price is good.

“Highly recommend!”
We loved the close proximity to the beach. Luca was amazing. He was welcoming and so accommodating. Our room (101) had a large terrace which was amazing. The room was clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

Brillant service, close to the beach. The rating of this hotel is increased by amazing service by Agnese, who is always eager to help. I have an impression that if I didn’t have a wife she would find a wife for me :)))
