Perfect location at the beach. Staff was really nice. Especially cleaning ladies and receptionist. Parking next to hotel. Even shower works perfectly. Good breakfast and staff there. Really liked our stay.

“Best on the coast”
The hotel and the staff is amazing, not to mention the food. Best I've seen on the Adriatic coast so far . Think that Rimini is the real deal? Think again. This place has lots more to offer than the old tired Rimini. Can't fault it really

“Lovely hotel for a short stay”
Everything was good. Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was fantastic! View from balcony was lovely to watch sunrise and fishing boats return to harbour. (They were quite noisy when leaving though.) Room was a good size. We hired the bikes and rode to the next town along the beach. Location was good and there's plenty of restaurants and bars not too far to walk to.

“A great little spot in the heart of Giulianova”
Breakfast was good, the staff were so helpful and friendly. We didn’t have wifi in our first room and they changed us so my husband could work. They answered questions, very very helpful!

“Convenient and Very helpful owner.”
Very conveniently located. The owner was extremely helpful and kind. It was a very wet night and we had parked the car in the car park. We had opened the windows to clear the rain water and left one open. An hour later the owner knocked on our door 22.30 to tell us so. We were able to close it and avoided any further damage or indeed a burglary.
