“Could not have wished for a better place to stay”
The location and house is simply exceptional. The owner family is helpful and lovely in every way. If you want to stay in a mountain village, enjoy breathtaking views and a calm pace of life - this is where you stay. The Village of Ghistain has a great little restaurant and alimentation. More options available a few kms down the road. Parking is availible in the streets close to the house. We extended our stay after spending the one night that was originally planned.

“Nothing but extraordinary! Don't miss this place <3”
Casa Fontamil has been one of the best places I've ever been to! It's nothing else but fantastic and outstanding! I stayed in one of the rooms in the tower, those have a mini kitchen which very useful and well equipment. The owners and her daughter are most kind, welcoming and caring. A bliss! The Casa is designed and run with so much love, creativity, taste, high-quality equipment. A pleasure! Comfy bed, shower you hardly want to leave.... Garden and all seating spots brilliant too. Plus, the view.....! Absolutely stunningly beautiful. And Gistaín itself is a magical place! With a very special energy. It has a little shop next to the church (with the sweetest playground besides...). The owner is a super nice lady. Try the dried strawberries. Yummy! You should visit Casa Fontamil!!!

Beautiful buildings in a beautiful setting. Lovely hosts who were very welcoming and keen to ensure the stay was going well. Both breakfast and evening meals were reasonably priced and very tasty.

Very special place.Angel and his family are lovely.Good food, great eggs and blackberry jam.Location spectacular. Views amazing and lots of lovely walks in the area,to Serveto and to Plan.
