“Excellent stay!”

Everything was perfect, orange juice and Jacuzzi was to die for. Heaps of choices for breakfast. Lovely host Lee, she has outdone the place and very kind in assisting when needed.

Nice quiet location

Beautifully appointed property well off the beaten track with excellent views. Really helpful owner and colleagues. Owners communications were fantastic.

Lee our host was very welcoming, breakfast supplies were plentiful. Comfortable room with ensuite. A beautiful rural setting on a farm. We were very comfortable and all our needs were met.

Excellent breakfast, choice of muesli, fresh orange juice, blueberries, toast, variety of delicious spreads, coffee sachets and little extras. Pool was an additional treat, friendly welcome

The setting is stunning, Lee was a fabulous host, the room has everything you need and the bed is mega comfortable. The continental breakfast provided is very nice. Muesli, yoghurt, fruit, milk Fresh orange juice, marmalade. Speciality coffee bags too.

Lee is a very friendly host. Villa Shemshi is remotely situated on a farm and is lovely and quiet. My room was well supplied with everything I needed.

“relaxing farm stay”

Stunning views comfortable bed and a superb locally produced breakfast made for an excellent relaxing stay. Lee was an excellent friendly hostess providing good directions for finding the property and alerting us to the unmade road access. We didnt find this a problem as its a lovely part of rural New Zealand and just needs taking slowly
