My wife and I had a marvelous stay here at Ocean-view Chalet. Peaceful location with exceptional views. Very private with all facilities available at your fingertips. Exceptionally clean and welcoming. If one is looking for a place to turn up and relax without a worry, then this is the location for you. Highly recommend, A+++.

Perfect location. A quirky, beautiful room with stunning views. Kylla was a great host offering a walk through the garden and fruit to pick. We didn’t mind the short walk outside to the bathroom, it added to the atmosphere of the chalet.

Ocean and garden views and superb night sky. Very comfortable and well appointed cabin in a delightful location conveniently located for exploring Gisborne and further up the coast. Very grateful to Kylla for her warm welcome and recommendations for local activities.

The views from the property were absolutely stunning as you walk down to the chalet from the main property it is just gorgeous!. Although the bathroom is seperate it is still very comfortable and accomodating. We enjoyed our stay here especially waking up to the sunrise view over the beach and at night the stars light up amazingly! Recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice get away :)

Simplicity

A cute Chalet flooded with light with an amazing view of the ocean or the impeccable garden/citrus grove. Rob and Kylla are really accommodating and provide great descriptions to find the place and also recommendations for things to do in and around Gisborne. We really loved our stay with them and would have loved to stay longer.

Private hideaway with gorgeous views. Great bed,shower,kitchen facilities and super owners. Everything you need for a comfortable stay :-)

Unique, private and peaceful on a lovely property. Fantastic views of the ocean. Great stargazing. Good space for 2 people. Just up the hill from a long beach. So glad we stayed there.
