Location and views are very special. The beds and bedding were fabulous! We loved sleeping in the dome - it was cozy and spacious. The living area had everything we needed! So private and we loved the donkeys braying!

This property is in a beautiful location. It is very peaceful and has a wonderful view of the surrounding area. The property has everything that you could need and has a wonderful homely feel to it.

The property has an incredible view of Waipaoa River. Great area for barbecue. Hamish the owner is very responsive and great person to deal. We got a complimentary local wine.

This place is truly amazing! The location is prime and on a sunny day it offers the perfect outdoor BBQ area and definitely spacious enough if your staying with the family. Awesome selection of family board games, giant tele and comfy couch on those inside days too. The main bed was really comfortable and the pillows were super! Lovely modern place and we would absolutely stay again!

Peacefulness, the morning sunrises and the comfy bed in the dome. The house was lovely and hot from the all day sun. Apart from our moans we'd still book it again as we now know what to expect and what we need to bring from day 1. It's a beautiful place, 5 mins to a dairy and only 15-20mins from Gisborne city.
