“Great place to stay with family and pets!”
Excellent customer service; the staff were friendly and accommodating. Great facilities for families with kids, including two nice pools with slides, a soccer field, rana, table tennis, billiards, a gym, and a small playground. My kids had a great time! Good value for the price. Clean rooms and well-maintained facilities (just like in the pictures). Comfortable and spacious rooms, though some of the furniture and the bathrooms could use an upgrade. Central location, perfect for walking around and experiencing local life, with shops, restaurants, the main plaza, and bars nearby. Good traditional local breakfast.

Rooms are comfy enough but there are many amenities missing. No shampoo, no cream, no conditioner. Barely hand soup and body gel. There's just cold water. So what if I have a baby or an elderly person who needs a warm shower? You can't consume anything in the hotel that hasn't been purchased there. If you drink alcohol bought outside you'll have to pay a "penalty" which is honestly ridiculous. Haven't seen that in another hotel. You are usually allowed to bring anything you want from the store you want. It's obvious they are trying to cut expenses but then you can see the quality going down. It's also a shame that they offer two swimming pools in Booking but they only open one, which is usually full of children. They play loud and trashy music as well which means you can't rest and have a relaxing time. Forget about taking a nap or reading a book here. Location is not bad but it's super noisy near many bars and clubs. Impossible to have a good sleep. The breakfast was very dull. Every day was "calentado" which was basically just rice with a little bit of beans / lentils or pasta. A small portion of eggs and bread. They even charge you for an extra portion of bread. The portion of the fruit is the smallest I've seen in a hotel. It doesn't make sense taking into account that fruit here is cheap as chips. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 Such a let down... I do not recommend you to stay here. I wouldn't stay here again.
