“Great for families! Very well designed and new apartments”
Very well designed and spacious rooms. We stayed in a one bedroom apartment and it was perfect for our stay in Kyoto. Highly recommend for families! Everything was within walking distance with the train station also very close by. We loved the private spa / sauna room and booked it twice during the 4 days we stayed. Thank you 🙏🏼

Fantastic location!! Love the location of this hotel, everything was within walking distance. Our room was fantastic for a family of 4. The two couches turned into beds and were comfortable for the kids to sleep on and the washing machine and dryer in our room ( as well as a bigger one in the communal basement) was a lifesaver after a week of travelling. We loved using the private onsen for our allocated time each night and it was so convenient to have a family Mary right next door for snacks!

Great location, a short walk to anywhere in Gion and nearby train station, plus the magnificent temple complex gardens. The rooms are spacious and the beds deep and comfortable. The place runs largely as an on line facility, but there were very helpful staff for peak check-in period. Highly recommended.

“Spacious and Comfy !”
The 1 bedroom apartment was spacious and perfect for our family of 4. The bedroom was comfortable and the futons were great. It was nice to have a washer/dryer so we could clean our clothes half way through our trip. TV enabled log in to out own steaming services.The apartment was clean and spacious and the Family Mart next door was perfect to get food. It was in a great location in Gion, just a 5 minute walk to the main streets, metro station, and the old area. We saw 2 Geisha as well, which was very special.

“Great location, very affordable accommodation, the best part is the private onsen only 3000 or 4000yen”
Good location, only 7-10 min walk from train station. It has a convenient shop next door. It was so easy to walk in town. Loved the private use of onsen, it was such a great way to share an onsen experience with our son ( wearing swimwear ). You can leave your luggage in hold. The room was beautifully designed. There is full functioning fridge and stovetop.
