“Found it was closed even though accepted our reservation”
We arrived at the property having reserved through booking.com two days in advance. It was closed. Rang the bell no one answered. No one answered the phone, just went to answer phone that they never replied to our message. We then scrambled to book another accommodation. Never received any apology or acknowledgement of the incident from the owners. Very unprofessional behaviour.

Very nice, clean house. Best thing about is the bar/cafe that is part of the structure. It was open for Aperitivo and breakfast in the morning. Very nice staff all around.

“Nice location, very clean , quiet, close to the beach”
Nice location, very clean , quiet, with free private parking right in front under the trees, close to the beach (1 km) and to the highway (2 km), relaxed atmosphere with a small private bar, good italian breakfast, very friendly staff, the host was very warm and accommodating, nice and clean rooms, we were traveling from Taranto to Matera and it was a perfect choice to spend the night, in the morning we took a bath in the sea on a very large and beatifull beach nearby. Excelent choice.

Very friendly staff, the main host ( maximilliano i believe) was very warm. Wine and cocktails were amazing at the barr, very nice host also. Breakfast was great.

Good location, close to the beach. Room was clean and the host was friendly. Great breakfast, really loved their home made orange marmalade served with croissants. We stayed Friday night and they had a DJ playing in the garden area. Loved the tune, really enjoyed the atmosphere.

Totally relaxed atmosphere. Great room. Personal patio. Lovely breakfast. Nice little bar. Nothing too much trouble for hosts. Happily stay a week but long cycle still to do.

The host is an excellent guy - really friendly and hospitable. The property is simple and immaculately clean, with private parking. It was a stopover night on my journey from Puglia to Sicily and was a good choice.
