“My experience was not satisfactory. I didn’t feel relaxed during my stay.”
The bed was comfortable. The front desk staff was very friendly. She called a taxi for us to the domestic airport.

“Great hotel near Gimpo Airport”
The room was clean, spacious and great value for money and I had a comfortable stay. The staff were also friendly and helpful with allocating the same room across mutliple bookings (thank you Wony!) and holding my luggage between check-ins. It was convenient having an eMart24 in the hotel lobby and a GS25 next door since there wasn't much to eat around the area.

“Comfortable hotel near Gimpo Airport”
The room was clean, spacious and good value for money and we had a comfortable stay. The staff were also friendly and helpful with holding our luggage between check-ins and booking large taxis for us (thank you Wony!). It was convenient having an eMart24 in the hotel lobby and a GS25 next door since there wasn't much to eat around the area.

“Not what I expected from a Junior Suite in a 4* hotel”
The hotel seemed quite nice and had a nice view. The bathroom facilities were good. There was an international plug by the desk.
