“Excellent place to stay for a short break in Gilgit with a helpful Pakistani welcome”

Conveniently situated centrally in Gilgit near bus station and airport. Gilgit is nestled in a valley and surrounded by mountains but would benefit from the outside litter being addressed. The staff at the hotel were lovely and couldn’t do more to help. There is a roof top restaurant and a gym. The food was excellent. Rooms are very spacious and very clean. The reception helped us organise trips and spoke good English. There is an on-site car hire company. The hotel is good value for a higher range hotel. Highly recommended.

“Amazing staff”

The staff are exceptionally friendly. Amazing shower in the bathroom, and tea and coffee making facilities in the bedroom. Great view over Gilgit too!

“Wonderful quick stay!”

Customer service experience at the front desk was fantastic. Check-in is like a breeze, you could pay either with your credit card or cash. Room was decent size overlooking main street and the mountains. Toilet was equipped with all amenities. Welcome fruit plate was a nice touch. Considering my next morning flight time, hotel staff was so kind that they arranged breakfast for me and my young boy 30 mins earlier, I thought that was really a nice thing to do.

The breakfast was in line with the Pakisyan style of breakfast, but continental is available under request and is ok.

Due to low occupancy had issues with electricity as hotel was not able to afford the generator for few guests.

“Exceptional staff, perfect facilities - don't miss the view from the fourth floor!”

This is a fantastic new hotel opened in 2023. It has a high quality feel to it and straight away at arrival, I felt comfortable. There is some buzzing from a generator in a room that I was staying in - as I'm sound sensitive, I asked to be moved which was immediately rectified by Hotel Manager Mr Hayee. I spoke with him about some issues I had experienced with a tour guide and he was compassionate and said "You are MY guest now," and made sure I had a comfortable stay from that moment on. The next day, Mr Imran Khan also one of the managers, came to help me with personal matter related to a difficult tour guide. He was kind, courteous, protective and offered the service and respect you would get in a hotel in Europe. It was so evident that he had international experience and even though I was in Gilgit, a mountain town, it felt like I was in a five star hotel in a Western capital. When my flight was cancelled, the transport manager made quick arrangements to get me to Islamabad promptly. Overall, I felt like royalty and cannot thank the staff enough for taking good care of me. Rooms are clean and impeccable. The view from the fourth floor restaurant is wonderful.
