Amazing view from the terrace whilst having breakfast. Excellent breakfast and decaf coffee available. All staff very friendly and helpful. Shuttle service to and from the port every hour by request. Nice room with all the usual amenities including a smart TV and a small fridge. Plenty of coat hangers for your clothes. Short 5 minute walk to a sandy beach and a walking path up to the castle if you feel energetic. Giglio island is a great place with sandy beaches, a good network of walking paths and a regular bus service. My time here in May was perfect. Nice weather and not too busy - see note below

The Location is very good…. The Facilites are very nice… the only problem was that sometimes the room wasn’t cleaned very well….. the service was super nice too and the room rate was a little bit too high

Location and very clean

Unfortunately we only stayed one night, but as soon as we arrived they were very kind and professional from the taxi driver who came to pick us up at the port, at the reception Armando received us, also kind and professional, like all the rest of the staff. Our room was the most beautiful thing, with a spectacular view of the beach below. We will definitely return perhaps at the end of the summer.

Amazing staff, hotel fabulously located super close to the beautiful beach Arenella, very convenient free shuttle service to and from the port. The overall level of the hotel it’s 5 stars and the property is stunning and has amazing views.

“A wonderful relaxing stay.”

Our stay in Giglio met our expectations. It’s a popular destination for Italian holiday makers so it’s not or wasn’t over run with tourists like ourselves. The town looked pretty from the ferry. The hotel staff were great at keeping in touch with us regarding our arrival time and where to find the hotel shuttle. The hotel is situated about seven minutes up and over the hill from the port so it was necessary to make use of the shuttle when we needed to get to town. The staff in all areas were friendly and helpful especially the drivers of the shuttle. They assisted us a few times to locate the right bus or a taxi. The hotel itself has a wonderful view out to sea and from the little beach you can look back up at the hilltop village. The breakfast was great, plenty of variety, even muesli. We dined twice in the terrace and enjoyed what was on offer. The staff in the restaurant were kind, helpful and efficient.

Wonderfully, modern hotel with a variety of rooms all with fabulous views of the coast and beach. Our room was spacious, very clean with a large balcony. The common areas were delightful with cool jazz playing, wonderful restaurant and comfortable outdoor areas to sit with friends. Bar was always available with helpful friendly staff. The hotel provided a free shuttle service down to the port which was necessary as we were a fair way out of town. A wonderful stay we would highly recommend this hotel. All the staff were very friendly and helpful, special thanks to Gabrielle for looking after us so well. The restaurant is number 2 on trip advisor, should be no 1. Excellent food and wines. Great buffet breakfast with many choices sweet and savory.
