“A very enjoyable stay!”

The hotel was easy to get to by public transport. It was comfortable. The location was good The rooms were big. The breakfast was delicious! The staff were helpful and friendly.

The hotel is very grand and if I were in Gifu again, I would stay again as for the area it is probably one of the nicer hotels to stay in and is very accessible for attending Ukai (Commemorative fishing) I recommend booking through the hotel in advance. The buffet breakfast and dinner was well worth the money. Very big range of dishes and chefs cooking dishes fresh to order. The beds were comfortable, the staff were helpful, and the Japanese family room was the largest room we stayed in Japan, we loved being able to escape to the tatami mats to have tea whilst the kids watched TV just to recharge our batteries.

Overall the facilities were nice, but especially the sauna surprised positively!

Good location for sightseeing, walking distance to the castle park; fitness centre is impressive, enjoyed the pool and sauna facilities

The lovely view from the room! The friendly staff, parking was easy. It was centrally located. The rooms were clean and big.

Hotel is in a good location and we had no problems locating it. No issues with parking. Rooms are clean and comfortable.

Beautiful hotel in a great location.. the spa facilities were great.. particularly loved the outdoor sauna pods. Our room had a fabulous view of the river and the castle and my sons room was a really cool Japanese style room. The buffet evening meal was good as was the breakfast.

“Cultural experience in a quiet city”

River and Mt Kinka views from room, pool and bathroom facilities, staff helped to organise an experience trip wth taxi services to and from the event.

The hotel was clean with large rooms. Loved the courtesy bicycles!

It is a wonderful hotel next to the Nagaragawa river. We arrived at night so we couldn't enjoy the spa and the swimming pool. However the rooms are spacious and comfortable. Our room was in the 8th floor and the view was great! :)

The room is very comfortable. The staff arranged the room according to my request, which is very good. Location-wise, is okay since we drove. My room was cleaned everyday without me having to request.
