Overview
A 5-minute walk from JR Gifu Train Station, Dormy Inn Gifu Ekimae offers accommodations with free wired internet access. Guests can refresh in the public hot-spring baths and sauna rooms. Gifu Castle is a 20-minute drive away. The air-conditioned rooms feature a TV with VOD channels, fridge and an electric kettle with green tea bags. Japanese Yukata robes and toothbrush sets are provided for all guests. The en suite bathroom comes with a hairdryer. Guests can use the free-use launderette and request massages for an extra cost. A trouser press can be borrowed at the front desk and photocopying services are available as well. A Japanese set meal featuring seasonal ingredients is served for breakfast at Hatago restaurant. “Very nice hotel near Gifu Station and Gifu City Tower 43”
The staff of the hotel was very friendly and welcoming. The location of the hotel right on the other side of the street of the Gifu city tower 43 Also the possibility to have bath in a tradtional Japanese bath and having a Sauna was a nice feature of this hotel.

I loved everything about that place. It's centrally located and close to the station. The rooms are spacious, comfy and you get a nice view all over the city. The breakfast offers a large variety of different food. The bathhouse is not just indoors, but also outdoors. They offer free Ramen (super delicious) and Ice-cream every night. The hotel is clean, nicely furnished and you can clearly see that they care about their guests. I'll definitely return next year. Thank you so much for the pleasant stay. I've enjoyed every second.

“Value for money”
Good location near the train station. Room is small but well designed with everything you need. The jelly they provided is delicious! I used the onsen in the morning and it was empty.

Staff were very helpful and spoke enough English to help us navigate Gifu. Ammenities were great, Onsen is traditional so no tattoos. The breakfast was great, as were the massage chairs and ice creams.

Conveniently connected to the station via an indoor passage on the second floor, Dormy Inn Gifu offers a perfect location next to an impressive tower with a free observation deck. The hotel features comfortable beds and an exceptional onsen with both indoor and outdoor baths plus a sauna, creating a tranquil atmosphere. Convenience stores are nearby, with a larger supermarket just ten minutes away on foot. As a solo female traveler, I felt completely safe and comfortable, thanks in part to the attentive staff who enhance this excellent accommodation experience.

“feel like home”
1. the room is nice. they have a small little room before you enter to your bed area. this is I like as you may not hear outside corridor people talking loudly. this is a plus point. 2. after onsen your can enjoy free ice cream. the ice cream is nice. love it. free yakult in the morning. 3. free laundry. dry cleaning need to pay 4. they still have supper 5. they really do it just like you feel like home. 6. i will book again under their name again.
