“Beautiful and comfortable cabins, but not exactly what we expected due to the unit location.”
The accommodation is truly fantastic and comfortable. However, we didn’t get a unit by the canal. I honestly don’t remember there being an option to choose a canal-side unit, and that was one of the main reasons we booked this place. So make sure to read everything carefully—maybe I just missed that detail. They are very strict about check-in, which is clearly stated, as well as the deposit policy. Make sure to follow the location they send you, because Google Maps can get confusing due to the canals. There is a small seating area in front of each cabin.

“A beautiful location let down by a superior chalet that is superior in name only — cramped by design”
The waterpark itself and the overall location are excellent. We have stayed here before and will likely return — just not to the superior chalet. The water views are a highlight, and the site generally is well-kept and enjoyable. The reception staff is always friendly and well mannered - very helpful.

“Wished the stay could be longer!”

I really loved the chalet’s design – it is beautiful and very well thought out. The furniture is extremely clean and well maintained. The service, reception, and overall hospitality were excellent. Everything was perfect, and we truly enjoyed our stay. 👍🏻
