“Most Perfect Place in Giethoorn”
We had a wonderful stay at Giethoorn Lodge. The owners, Bert & Marie, are extremely friendly and welcoming. The location is perfect—peaceful and away from the busy tourist crowds, so it’s truly relaxing. At the same time, it’s very convenient: we could take a self-driven electric boat to reach the main tourist area easily for sightseeing, shopping, and meals. The unit was spotless, and everything provided was complete and thoughtfully prepared, with great attention to detail. Highly recommended — thanks to Bert & Marie!

No breakfast supply, but host took us to a supermarket nearby to purchase groceries. Bert and Marie are very sweet people. we enjoy staying this lodge for good location and comfort.

“Relaxing family stay”
Lovely, comfortable property with 3 bedrooms that can accommodate up to 8 people. Friendly owners. Boat can be hired from the property for 150 euros a day, which was handy.

A stunning setting, so calm and serene - slightly away from the main part of Giethoorn but in a wonderfully pretty village and everything is within a short bike or boat ride

“It was great can’t wait to go again!!”
Everything, the place is beautiful clean and private, location is 7 minuts away of center of Giethoorn by car, but it gave us more peace and privacy. Had a beautiful garden and lake side outdoor dining table with a bout to rent. Owners were very nice and friendly! Worth it !!

“Boating, biking and beautiful scenery.”
Exceptionally friendly and efficient hosts. Beautiful property with an electric boat available for rent. Only a 13 minute bike ride from the town center, but removed from the hustle of all the tourists.
