“not booking again”
Needs urgent renovation. Heating was not working properly and the walls are very thin, heard the neighbour snoring. Service staff left my pyjamas on the floor in the middle of the room - had to wear them after that since I didn't have a second one with me. Price does not reflect value.

Very friendly staff, nice location, big room with two toilets which was a surprise :) Good breakfast, there is a fan in the room when it's hot outside. Also there is a restaurant downstairs.

“A great stay in Giessen!”
The room that I've got was so spacious! It had a small corridor, a walk-in closet, a huge sleeping room and a toilet. I also enjoyed the fridge and minibar with a small and nice selection of drinks and snacks. The table was spacious enough and had its own lamp, which was very useful for working. For me the location was perfect, it's just 5 minutes walk from the university, but the city center is also quite close (maybe 7-10 minutes walk). The breakfast was really tasty, simple yet various. The hotel has an elevator, connecting the first three floors (rooms on the 4th floor are reachable by the stairs). The wifi was excellent. There was still no heating in mid October, but it was warm enough, I really didn't have issues. The hotel offers slippers. The bed was big and supercomfortable. Overall, I enjoyed my stay very much!
