“Great for a night or two during a work trip.”
It was very easy to find the location and get the keys. The room was tidy, well equipped and the bed was very comfortable! I would definitely stay there again.

“Totally disappointed”
Everything. No kitchen faucet, pillows like bags with nothing but air, only one fork and 2 spoons.... even when i arrived at the place, i didnt have any information on how to enter in the building. I send 3 emails, before i arrive, one when i did and one after 1 hour since i arrived...none answered.... i did call 3 times to ask for information on how to enter to the room, none answering. I had to call in booking so i can get information on how to enter. Never coming again in this place. Its the second time this happening.....

On the description of the room it was not clear that the room doesn't have a proper kitchen, it was written kitchen but there was not a sink. We were counting on cooking in the apartment but we couldn't, is practicly impossible to do the dishes on the littel sink of the toilet so we had to go out to eat and spend much more money that the one we counted.

Location was great. It is just steps from the escalator to the shopping area that doubles as the Christmas Market in the winter. This location is easily walkable from the train station. The room was all tile and was very clean.

Spacious living space with mostly good facilities. The apartment was actually nice and quite clean, the bed sheets were very clean and the whole living space felt good.
