4 min walk to eastern beach .apartment was spacious. Table to eat at good kitchen and bathroom. Plenty wardrobe space . A/C very good and a must . Good cafe/restaurant at the entrance to building. Food very nice .

The apartment is new and fairly spacious , it has everything you need even for a longer stay. We stayed on the 18 floor with great views to the eastern beach. Check in/check out was seamless. Can definitely recommend it.

Great little flat it is spacious and has everything you need for a great stay. We really liked the location being slightly out of town but not too far to walk. Great sea views. 100% recommend!

Absolutely lovely room. Great terrace to watch the sunrise/sunsets. Not the loveliest view as there was a building site below and there was lots of construction going on but ignoring that it was lovely seeing both the Rock and the sea. The room had EVERYTHING you could think of to make a self catered stay comfortable. I found the bed very comfortable and the space was lovely and decor tasteful and stylish. I found the apartment very safe and generally quiet. It was easy to access by the fast elevators and while I did not get chance to use it, there was a lovely cafe downstairs open long hours. The shower was divine and it really was such a comfortable room. Cleanliness was top notch. Facilities were top notch. The washing machine and drying rack was so helpful. There was tons of room in the wardrobe and everything had self closing cupboard doors and was well lit. The only thing I think the room lacked was a bedside light as I found the lighting over the bed a bit to bright for relaxing in bed but that was trivial. When I first arrived I had not received the email from Booking with the key code so I called Sid and he answered right away and talked me through patiently. I felt appreciative of his availability if needed but also the distance to ensure my time there was respected. Sid also kindly allowed me to arrange an earlier check in which was gratefully appreciated. Thank you for an amazing stay. I would 100% return again and highly recommend this accommodation.

Nice owner, always in touch. Very beautiful and QUIET apartment, this was very important for us. They congratulated me on my birthday with a bottle of wine. Just for information: Parking in the building is £25, Eastern Beach Car Par is possible only until evening, at night time You should find another place. We used parking near Gibraltar War Memorial.
