“Think carefull as price was ok but you can become I suck in a emergency going to the toilet especially if your gate card”

It was relatively close to the bars and restaurants, you could take a wee on board but NOT a poo !!!!

This is probably the coolest place to stay when one is in Gibraltar (if you fancy being on a boat, which I always do)! The city center is close, everything is clean, the showers and toilets in the external building are spacious, clean, and always available, and one can enjoy beautiful sunsets with a perfect view to the west nearby. You get free hot beverages and water, which is essential to stay hydrated in the sunny June weather. Johnny and Tracey were always super nice, I've talked a bit more to Tracey and she's an absolute gem of a person!! And the best thing is that I got a free upgrade because no one else booked the boat that night!

We only stayed one one "unfortunately" Johnny &Tracy are 2 excellent hosts, The location and the place itself it is magic,the view is stunning,the silence,the sunrise and the sunset,you can also see the plane landing 😅. An Absolutely beautiful boat, fantastic location, Tracey and Johnny our hosts are so lovely and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. It was home from home 🏡. We were dubious about staying for a week on a boatel but so pleased we did after looking around all the other options available. It was quiet yet close to all the main restaurants and shops due to it being in the main Ocean Village Marina. Market Street, the square, Irish town and bus station literally down the road. The airport was just a walk away and watching the planes coming in and out from the end of the marina was a bonus. Its not a busy airport and not loud enough to bother you at all. Its been an absolute delight. Thankyou so much for making our stay in Gibraltar the most incredible experience. Would highly recommend. A+++++

Everything was great from the moment I arrived until the end of my stay. This was my first experience staying in a boat hotel, and it was truly unique. The owners were very kind, friendly, and helpful. The room was very comfortable, and the location was excellent. Highly recommended!

Very kind and warm. The boat is nice. My only concern is the presence of rodents, they have a mousetrap, but my wife is very sensitive, we had a cup of tea in the boat in morning and my wife had canker sores

The room was actually an ocean going yacht. moored next to the larger ex fishing boat ( Boutique Boatel) as shown in the picture. She had a forward cabin with double bed and (bathroom - washbasin and toilet for liquids only) Well appointed saloon, small kitchen for making drinks and toast. Two smaller cabins aft, no good if you are claustrophobic. Very pleasant deck area for eating al fresco and having a quiet drink. There is a drinks fridge on the main boat operating on an honesty system - all very civilised.

The boat is great and very cozy, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The view from the boat is beautiful and really adds to the experience. The location is excellent, namely, it is Ocean Village, which is very close to the center, yet quiet despite having many restaurants and cafes nearby. The hosts are amazing. They are very friendly, welcoming, and supportive. The instructions for getting to the boat were very precise and easy to follow. The nearby restaurant for breakfast is also excellent, with very nice staff and delicious food. Overall, a unique and enjoyable stay. Highly recommended!

Awesome boatel - unique experience! It's run by 2 friendly and nice owners - Stacey and Johnny. Really recommending this place as a unique experience and adventure - especially for these who never experienced staying overnight on the boat, yet! Everything was great and looking forward to coming there in the future.

Comfortable bed. Beers and wine in fridge with a quality English breakfast. Bathrooms are huge and really clean. Great to sit out on deck and unwind 2 minutes from main street and bars. Perfect location and value for money. Host are really lovely couple Tracey and Johnny.

“JUST BOOK IT! 10/10”

I loved the whole experience of staying on a boat in a marina. Its so fun comapred to staying in a boring hotel room. The Jasmine Coral Jay is in a great location just a short walk from airport and Main Street. Gibraltar is such a fun place, i went on a scooter up the rock, saw the monkeys and went into the beautiful caves to watch the light show. Gibraltar also has some lovely natural beaches and coves. Its a shame i coudnt see the views from the cablecar as its under renovation, but I look forward to doing that when i return. And i will definitely be staying on the Jasmine Coral Jay again. The hosts, Tracey and Johnny, were so hospitable. Nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was also very lovely. I also thought the bathroom facilities were great, as it was only a short walk away from the boat. The shower rooms and baths were massive and so many of them. Also must say they were extremely tidy. Perfectly convenient as i have stayed on a boat before and am used to how the toilet facilities work in a marina. The stay was a 10 out of 10. Just book it!
