Good location on main street. Bed was comfy.

Location was good as it was in the centre. The shower was very good and the towels were soft.

“Disappointing Experience and Unprofessional Service”

During our stay, we encountered multiple issues that significantly affected our experience Payment Issues We were unable to make payments using Visa or MasterCard. Additionally, attempts to modify our reservation days prior to arrival were unsuccessful due to payment glitches. Access Problems We did not receive the entry code until just two hours before arriving at the apartment. Receiving the code merely two hours before arrival caused unnecessary stress, particularly as we had to purchase internet access at additional cost to obtain the code, a significant inconvenience for those without regular internet access outside the European Union. Air Conditioning Issues The air conditioning unit emitted such a loud noise that it became untenable to stay in the room. After spending a restless night and requesting a room change, the property management responded by falsely claiming to Booking.com that we had never stayed there. This issue forced us to leave after the first night, and despite our efforts to obtain a reimbursement, there was no collaboration from the management. Bed Size The bed was not long enough to allow for proper rest, which further detracted from our comfort and ability to relax. Given these issues and the lack of professional communication from the property managers, I strongly advise against booking this location. Interactions with property management Given these circumstances, coupled with our problematic interactions with property management, you may encounter similar issues at other properties managed by Sweetstay. It was very central which was good and it was comfortable the only down side was some of the people in the flats above didn't follow the rules about the noise factor after a certain time .....we couldn't get the tv to work I did send a message to sweet stay but no reply

Location Ideal for us

I booked this for my dad as a birthday treat. He loved the location with local bars, restaurants and shops on the doorstep. Very clean and comfortable, he had a great week.
