“Underwhelmed”
The apartment is centrally located and key collection details were very easy to follow. There is a contract number with the agent for any issues.

“Disappointed that hidden costs were not shown and this should have been declared. Booking.com let us down.”
Location was good on Main Street, however this was not the apartment I booked. Changed last minute on the day of arrival.
