Fabulous. Stunning scenery, beautiful gardens and the accommodation was beautiful, Shelley has an amazing sense of style. The outdoor bath under a clear star filled sky was the icing on the cake. Bring food though as you won’t want to leave and the walkable vineyards stop at 6pm

The accommodation location, styling, amenities (and hosts) were SO lovely. We've stayed in a lot of private accommodation around the world and I think this was one of our favourites, if not the top 2 or 3! We loved the proximity to such stunning locations, from the walk down to the river, to the local vineyards and cellar doors, the Gibbston Valley Winery just down the road (and the cheese shop was a fabulous tasting experience as was the wine). We also hired e-bikes from the bike shop there and spent the day exploring the valley. We loved heading back to the Boathouse at night with some red wine to sit by the fire - both indoor and outdoor fireplaces and the outdoor bath were such nice touches. I hope to be back again in the future and will bring more friends!

“Highlight of our NZ trip - A Perfect Blend of Charm, Warmth, and Beauty”

We travelled around New Zealand for two weeks, and this stay was the absolute highlight of our honeymoon. The accommodation had a beautiful French country aesthetic, elegant, charming, and full of character. Loved waking up in the morning with the white window shutters leading to a mountain view. The woodfire made the evenings wonderfully cozy, and the outdoor bath was perfectly designed for stargazing under the night sky. The hosts were genuinely lovely and welcoming, and their stunning grounds have completely inspired what I want my own garden to become. We also adored visits from Billy, the gorgeous pup who came by for morning cuddles. We couldn’t recommend this place more highly it’s pure magic!

“Three nights in the middle of great vineyards”

Location was perfect for us in the middle of vinyards. Everything was as described, actually I hadn't noticed that the house was so spacious. Also house was full of nice details in decoration. Washing machine was also great! And it was lovely to cuddle Billy-dog as we are missing our own dogs 😆

Comfortable stay away from home. Very quiet and cozy place to stay for our family. Our 10months old child slept like a baby in their lovely cot.

I loved the location — it was 30 minutes to where we needed to be, and Arrowtown was 15 minutes. The setting is quiet and picturesque. The accommodation was so cute and comfortable; nothing was lacking. The hosts have great style and practicality. French country side! The bedding was amazing as well - luxurious. Great hosts - I only saw them on arrival - pity - good people.
