“A pleasant stay”
The location is near the railway, but it didn't bother me as much as I would have thought. The kitchenette is equipped with everything you need to cook, the fridge is generous and the owner, very attentive to details, welcomed us with wine and a delicious cake. We had the opportunity to park the car right in front of the entrance to the apartment (the parking lot was intended only for us) and this was a great advantage for us.

“I would highly recommend this accommodation on so many levels and the icing on the cake was the host”
The apartment was so central, modern, just close to everything. To top off our stay off our host was simply amazing, nothing was too much trouble. I had a rare severe reaction to the mosquito bites, he even text his doctor to enquire on my behalf. I couldn’t recommend it enough.

“Had a great stay. Would definitely return.”
The apartment is in residential area set back about three streets from the beach area. The apartment is modern having undergone a complete renovation in 2016. Access to the beach and the commercial strip along it is through a pedestrian tunnel under the railroad tracks. Even though one of us is a light sleeper, we were never disturbed by the trains. The host, Matteo was more than helpful and a very proficient English speaker to boot (lived for 6 months in Dublin). Met his father Tony once when returning to the apartment. He lives right above and was such a kind man. Espresso pods and the bottle of wine left in the room were well appreciated. They offer parking in a reserved spot somewhere, but we never used it. Free street parking right in front of the apartment was always available. A short walk to the bus stop for Taormina at a frequency of some 20 minutes. Highly recommend going a bit further to Castelmola as well. As Matteo to recommend the bar to visit (the name escapes me right now).

We stayed in the "green" mesonette that is a very well equiped apartment. We are not fond of cooking while on a holiday but you have all necessary staff inside. Clean and cosy. Located in the middle of everything. Just a few steps from the beach, Lungomare, restaurants and the bus stop to Taormina, Isola Bella and the airport. The owner is very polite, responsive and the communication was prompt and easy.
