“Nice stay but a bit far away from everything”

“comfortable, modern, quiet, uncrowded place”

very comfortable apartments - in fact terraced houses, with a separate entrance, spacious, with a comfortable large bathroom, a hall with a coffee set the size of the room. The area is very well fenced, beautifully developed, parking spaces are shaded, a nicely organized common area under a Bedouin tent with warm tea, coffee, dates - if someone wanted to sit on cushions outside in the evening

Accommodation a bit out of the way, but a good starting point for possible trips to the mountains, e.g. W6 and others. The rooms are sufficient for a night's sleep and everyone has their own privacy in front of the room. Breakfast very good. The pool was not in operation when we were there.

First the location ; the hotel is ideally located between Nizwa and Bahla. Perfect to visit the area. Nice bungalow (house) very spacious and comfortable. Secured car park. Two swimming pools which are definetely a plus after a long day visiting the region. Very nice staff, a special thanks to Janvier, who is very kind and helpful.

Ahmed, the owner, is very friendly, kind and helpful. He provided everything to organize a great swimming pool new years party for 12 people with a lot of food and fresh fruit drinks. The resort is clean, a very nice and eco place along the way to the mountain, amazing location to stay near Nizwa and to visit the Wadi Ghul. A very good breakfast too. Don't miss it! “Quiet small resort for winter hiking”

- breakfast was ok - villa is quite compact but ok - surroundings are quiet with views of small mountains - internet/ wifi worked pretty well

Love how the rooms are set-up - with 2 separate bedrooms - each with their own bathroom and a small living room. We ate their one night and there was so much food! They did a great job setting up a beautiful table for us in the garden. The front desk staff showed the kids the owners farm animals. My kids loved this. We were there when there was flooding in the region - and we were able to get advice if we should use the roads or not.

Absolutely fantastic new resort! The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The beautiful cottages are nestled in a peaceful area. The owner adds a personal touch, and the chef prepares the extensive breakfast with lots of love. A perfect spot to explore the surroundings of Wadi Tanuf, Nizwa, and Sayq plateau.

We really enjoyed our stay and the personal atmosphere of the hotel, the staff is very nice, the breakfast was delicious and we got lots of recommendations on what to do in the area.

Nice, big room with comfortable bed.

The room was comfortable with great air con. There was a nice seated area with complementary dates and coffee. Breakfast had a good range of western and Arabic food. Staff were friendly.
