“Fantastic hotel in a great location”
Beautiful hotel in an excellent location for exploring Ghent. 10 to 15 minutes from the city centre. Really great breakfast options. Spacious bedroom with the usual amenities. The roof top bar was lovely for drinks in the evenings. We ate at the Italian restaurant and the food was excellent. There was ample parking and not too expensive. There was also a supermarket next door. The staff spoke English and were very helpful.

Beautiful decor and rooms were immaculate, staff were amazing and very accommodating, food was delicious (Restaurant Cocotte) especially the breakfast. The hotel was excellent for kids with a playground just outside the restaurant/bar, I couldn’t recommend more for families.

Staff is helpful and friendly, bathroom room was big, room is big and comfortable bed. Lots of restaurants in a hotel, food store close to the hotel too. Lots of parking spots.

Bad treatment by the reception staff and trying to deduct the amount of the reservation, knowing that the amount was deducted by Booking. When I went out, they deducted an additional amount and it turned out that it was by mistake and the amount has not returned yet.
