Overview

“Modern, well set up studio apartment, close to main sights in Ghent.”
Clear instructions on accessing the property and quick response to my ringing of Reception number. The access to the property was granted remotely. I felt very safe. The neighbourhood was quiet despite building renovations going on in the street. Easy to access using public transport.

I love the location of the flat. It is very spacious and greatly furnished. The shower is great. I enjoyed having my own little roof terrace.

Super location in Ghent. The host was brilliant at responding and it was easy to check in late and check out. Bed was comfortable and the kitchen set up was handy if you were planning on cooking yourself.

“Wonderful spacious studio (and very large apartment) in the heart of Ghent”
I stayed in both the studio and 2 bed apartment and both were homely, well furnished and spotlessly clean. The kitchens were well equipped, with key basics for cooking and a supply of coffee and tea. The location was very quiet despite being only minutes away from the main tourist sites of Ghent. Nele was very proactive and helpful.

The location is PERFECT minutes walk from all the main sites. The unit was also PERFECT - the most comfortable bed (5 star standard) immaculately clean. Good size TV with Netflix, full size fridge, kitchen very well equiped. Wouldn't stay anywhere else.

“Pleasant stay”
In regards to the bed, it was large and very comfortable. We enjoyed how the TV could be positioned to watch a movie in bed or while cooking/lounging. The cooking facilities were quite good except that the microwave/oven (?) was a little confusing and we couldn't exactly figure it out. Loveeedd the bathroom, no complaints really except that there was no stand for soap/shampoo but that is just a very minor complaint. Most of all, the location was close to perfect, we loved it as the very close surrounding areas were beautiful even if the view out of the windows was nothing out of the ordinary.

This was a great location for a quick access to the old town of Ghent, without paying the right in town prices. The room was a great size and included a kitchen which was a bonus.

Place 2 Stay was very clean and comfortable, and the kitchenette was well equipped for our 2 night stay. The hosts were responsive to messages and accommodating of late check in. Great location: the area felt very safe and was convenient for the city centre and for transport links.

The location was fantastic. A short walk to the bars, restaurants, shops and all the tourist areas. The property itself was, clean, warm and spacious. The bathroom was a good size with fantastic shower. Excellent facilities if required. We made use of the private secure parking in the underground car park @€15 per day. Again, great peace of mind for less than £40 over 3 days… I would recommend this facility if you need parking.
