Great place, clean and tidy. The staff were one of the best we’ve ever met… so polite and helpful. We arrived on a weekend and our buss was late. They waited for us after their working hours which was 14:00. The reception girl gave us a map and showed us the best ways to wonder the streets and everything we needed. Location is great- 10 minutes walk from the city centre.

Barbara was absolutely wonderful, she couldn’t have been more helpful. She was full of local knowledge and had great recommendations for things to do and places to eat. The hotel is beautiful and the breakfast was great.

“Comfortable central stay”
I recently stayed at Parkhotel Gent Centrum and overall I was quite satisfied with my experience. The hotel’s central location made it very easy to explore Gent on foot, and the room was comfortable and clean, which contributed to a pleasant stay.

The lady at the reception was very knowledgeable about the city, she referred us to plenty of restaurants. The location is not far from the main city center, it’s a walking distance.
