Dear Sir/Madam, We recently stayed at your apartment, and honestly, we were very disappointed with the overall condition and cleanliness of the property. The apartment did not meet our expectations at all. First of all, the bed was very unstable and shaking, which made it uncomfortable and difficult to sleep properly. We expected a comfortable and safe place to rest, but the condition of the bed was unacceptable. In addition, many kitchen items were broken and unusable. The plates, spoons, pots, and other utensils were damaged, cracked, or completely broken. It was very inconvenient for us because we could not properly cook or use the kitchen facilities as promised. The toilet and bathroom were also not clean at all. They looked poorly maintained and unhygienic, which made us very uncomfortable during our stay. Cleanliness is one of the most important things for guests, so this was extremely disappointing. The apartment overall did not feel properly maintained. Several things looked old, damaged, and neglected. We paid for a comfortable stay, but instead we experienced frustration and inconvenience throughout our time there. We believe guests should receive clean, safe, and fully functional accommodation. Unfortunately, this apartment did not provide that experience. We strongly recommend that you repair and replace the damaged items, improve cleanliness, and properly maintain the apartment before accepting future guests. The location is really close to the ferry station, which worked great for our schedule. The apartment is pretty big, and the kitchen is well equipped. I think it's a good value for the money we paid. Also there is a pool which you can use, but it's communal with other guests.

It was a crash place for us, so it was a good value for the money, in a central location.
