Fort Chambray is a lovely development above the ferry port of Mgarr. It's beautiful and peaceful. The swimming pools are fantastic. The smaller one is right by the apartment, the other 2 minutes walk. Harbor Breeze is a large well appointed apartment on two floors. It also has a fantastic roof terrace with stunning views over the town to Comino. There is a breeze up there so it's ideal on a hot day. And the pictures don't do justice to the roof terrace which is a lot larger than it looks. We were a big family group, all adults, and Harbor Breeze was perfect for our needs. Stephen who was our point of contact was very helpful, proactive and responsive.

It was a quiet location (even in August,) but near enough to public transport to not depend on having a car. We often walked down to the harbour, or to the supermarket. The main pool area was lovely, although the rules around the pool and in the water were strict (and the lifeguard rarely looked up from his phone!) The view from the historical fort, and our roof terrace, was stunning - we could see the fireworks from all over the island! We enjoyed the apartment, and the bottle of wine from the ever-helpful host was a really nice touch (although a bottle of water after getting up the hill would have really great on arrival too!)

“Fabulous accomodation and would book again”

Stephen was a wonderful host who was always super responsive and provided useful suggestions. The apartment was in a historic fortress that was beautiful but also modernised with all the amenities. It was very spacious with plenty of room for my family of 4. Included a washing machine which was great to wash clothes. The parking was such a convenience as we were went for day trips and excursions every day. The pool was gorgeous but the water a bit cold to swim and no chairs were available during our stay (Easter holiday). The ferry was a 5 minute drive away and there were several great restaurants right on the water. In addition, there were many gorgeous beaches to visit, though again the water was too cold to swim at that time of year. The Blue Lagoon is a must, which is also a ferry ride away. We had a fabulous stay and would book again!

Simply wonderful!! The place was exactly like in the pictures. The most beautiful maisonette I had even been, well equipped, modern and super clean, would stay again for sure! Stephen was very friendly and helpful!. Location was perfect, quiet place with a lovely pool. There is a wonderful view of the Mgarr harbour from the roof. We would thoroughly recommend this place. “Luxurious holiday home with a beautiful view and swimming pools”

Harbor Breeze is a very luxurious accommodation full of amenities, rooftop terrace and swimming pools. Parking was in the shade which was perfect for hot weather in June. Our kid loved the swimming pool(s).
