Great location, there was parking space outside, staff were wonderful (Macedonians generally the nicest people out there), price was ok, good balcony. We stayed in Gevgelija for the famous roast lamb - and it never disappoints!

This is a wonderful place to stay. It offers clean, spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and friendly staff, which are all essential for a pleasant experience.

“SCAM - violent manager and horrible smell”

The manager is a violent person and a scammer. He attacked me and insulted me while shouting in Macedonian. He told me not to go to the police because they would “fight” me. This place is a scam: there is no water, and it smelled terribly disgusting, there is not maintenance at all. I had booked for one night and arrived in the evening. The manager gave me the key but did not inform me that there was no water, even though he knew about it, as it had been published by the local council a day in advance. When I tried to tell him this, he got angry and said it was not his fault. I then explained that I had only booked for one night and, since there was no water which he knew about in advance and did not tell me I would leave. At that point, he started screaming and insulting me in Macedonian, as he could barely speak proper English. I felt very unsafe and decided to leave..The main reason was that there was no water, so the accommodation did not fulfill the conditions of the booking. On top of that, there was a disgusting smell throughout the room.

The room was smelling terrible,like moist and cigarette,and i had never had the chance to.have a shower beacause of an issue with hot water .

It is near the city. The personal is great. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The furniture is new and great.

A very pleasant place that we’ve stayed at before. It’s in an excellent location for an overnight stop on the way to Greece or on the way back. The apartment is very spacious, fully equipped, tastefully and modernly furnished, including a kitchen unit with all the necessary dishes. I really appreciate the cleanliness both in the apartment itself and throughout the entire building. A big plus is the fridge. The staff is very kind and helpful, and communication in English is easy. Parking is hassle-free, right on the street in front of the building. We highly recommend this place and will be happy to return.
