“When we went out for something to eat and came back the bathroom smelt of sewerage which was not pleasant the receptioni”
On arrival the receptionist was very helpful but explained there was a new code entry system to the room, which we didn’t find particularly easy it was a good thing we arrived while the receptionist was still there or we probably would have struggled access.

“Positive Review. Great location.”
Great location. Only a short(ish) walk from metro and virtually on the beach. Room (5 Garden View) large, clean and quiet. Comfortable bed and good nights sleep. Did mot eat or breakfast at hotel so cannot comment. Friendly reception. Allowed early check in. Bilbao centre only a couple of euros so good for a two centre stay.

Location good for access to Algorta and Las Arenas, though is not near Metro stations so OK if you don't mind walking. View from our room was good as we had sea views.

“Out of season stay...good hotel... great location, just lacks atmosphere.”
Wonderful beach front location, good size rooms with huge windows and sea views. Very friendly and helpful receptionists. It is a beautiful building with magnificent curved windows . Getxo is a very interesting place, lots of resturants, and bars a lovely beach and great transport links to Bilbao
