This is a newer and very well kept property in a nice neighborhood. Plenty of local neighborhood restaurants and bars nearby as well as a good grocery store for meals in the apartment. It is also close to many interesting attractions and a short ride to the Guggenheim. Highly recommend!

It was really a good place to stay if you want to reveal some beauties of the Basque country, not only Bilbao. 5 minute walk to the nearest beach, 15 minutes by metro to San Mames bus station, close to the metro station Areeta (2 minutes walk), a lot of bars and restaurants around full mainly of local people. Close to the Biskaia Bridge. Accomodation easy to find,very clean, enough space, air conditioned, late check in possible. We did not have windows to the street which was appreaciated, the other side might be more noisy during night
