This is a great location close to everything, including the beach. Staff were very friendly.

I had an amazing experience at this hostel! The room was spotlessly clean and had such a romantic, cozy vibe — perfect for a relaxing getaway. Every little detail felt thoughtful and welcoming. What truly made the stay exceptional was the hostess. She was incredibly friendly, warm, and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. From great local tips to just being genuinely kind, her hospitality really stood out. I can't recommend this place enough — a hidden gem I’d happily return to!

Pension Getariano is right at the end of the center and close to the beach. The owners were very helpful with everything we asked, even in the evening. Breakfast was at the opposite side of the street at a bakery, with a discount from the pension. Everything was very comfortable!

Beautifully kept apartment building, woodwork was gorgeous and very well maintained. Room was large with a huge bed, place for drying clothes out the window. Comfortable reading area on our landing, place for making tea and coffee in foyer. Very close to all the main restaurants. Breakfast is available at a Cafe across the road for 5 Euro, good value and excellent coffee.

“Ideal stay in Getaria”

Best sleep yet - such a comfortable bed! Great location in the middle of town and lovely host who went above and beyond to make sure you knew what you needed. Loved the wee balcony for drying our clothes.
