I would give this hotel 5 out of 5. One of the best hotels, with excellent service, parking, and breakfast included. Highly recommended!

“If I had other alternatives, I will not stay here again”
It’s very noisy and the walls are very very thin. You can practically hear everything going on in the next room and roads. The bed and pillow are very uncomfortable. The room is very small and no value for money. Also when I was checking-in , the lady at the reception told me that they only collected cash as their “card machine” was down. She also did not issue me with a payment receipt when I requested for one. I found this very strange. What if I did not have enough cash on that day ?🤔

I love the location of the Hotel it is near the train Station. Our Rooms were cleaned everyday. Staffs were also nice and accommodating. I was surprised they gave us something to drink when we arrived❤️ I highly recommend this place.

“Nice and calm place to stay.”
Hostal Colon is really close to Getafe Central station, which makes it a good choice for tourist accommodation. Furniture is minimalistic, room size is small, but I have not expected more. The hygiene was perfect, rooms are cleaned on daily basis. We haven't tried the breakfast and the Wi-Fi, so nothing to say about them.

Friendly and responsive staff. Clean place with good location - 5 minutes walking from Getafe Centro. Good breakfast arranged at a near-by coffee bar. Definitely would visit again.

“Convenient and cheap accommodation next to Getafe train station”
The location of the hotel is very close to the station with direct, cheap trains to Madrid's city center, which takes around 30 minutes. The breakfast was simple Spanish style, but not bad and also free. The staff didn't speak much English, but they were very friendly. We got a free drink on arrival.

“You get what you pay for”
Staff is very friendly, and compared to the prices applied in Madrid and Leganés, it's a good deal, specially being 5 min away from Getafe Central. Also, there's reception 24/7.
