Everything was perfect. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room with balcony is big and very quiet. Perfect hotel to relax and enjoy the nature.

“Nice hotel to explore the volcanic Eifel”
Nice, privately owned hotel. Quite location, beautiful view (even though the lake is smaller than the pictures make believe). Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was comfortable and clean.

Hotel was very bland, rooms were very basic. Facilities were ok but rooms were very small and basic, next to no comfort. Wall were thin and you could hear people each side in the other rooms. Showers/ baths were small, 2 single beds out together doesn't make it a double room. Breakfast was lovely. Bit not ideal for a couple to enjoy the hotel. Was clean and tidy, Staff were nice bit not a comfortable hotel for a couple stay.

The room was big and clean with a good atmosphere. The wellness are was the highlight of the hotel with a nice view to the forest. Breakfast was also good with a rich amount of variety.
