“Good onsen room.”
Good window view, good outside onsen, if you like to see the view while walking from the train station to your accommodation. This hotel definitely meets your needs. The BF and dinner is good.

“I will not consider this hotel any more in the future.”
No elevator / lift! That is very inconvenient for handling heavy luggage. The outdoor onsen is too small.

The hot springs are top notch. The buffets were also amazing, both dinner and breakfast. I would say the buffets themselves deserve you booking this accommodation alone.

The food provided by the restaurant (in buffet style) was not clean. I suffered diarrhea after taking the breakfast on the second day. I think the sushi served in dinner the previous night was not clean. I tasted a very awkward fishy taste on a tuna sushi. I saw a very small bug climbing out from my mushroom rice. I immediately stopped eating. It was ridiculous that the hotel had no lift from ground floor to the lobby, AND between 2 connection floors inside the hotel. My friend and I had to carry out big luggage and climbed the stairs. The staff did not offer any help. I suppose most patrons are local Japanese, who would only bring backpacks or small wheeled-luggage. But the hospitality is not up to standard. Most importantly, it was seriously over-priced. One night HK$2700 for such poor quality (two rooms 93000+yen).
