The breakfast was adequate, but not plentiful. Not very inspiring. It was very quiet.

Kind staff, clean and new

hotel had been recently refurbished, i was told the bathroom in my room was just finished. Everything very clean, if a bit basic, but for a weekend it was more than fine.

The hotel was located between Gernsbach Bahnhof and Gersbach Mitte stations, both served by an hourly service from Karlsruhe through Gernsbach and up the Murg valley to Freudenstadt. The local bus services were also frequent - for example, there was a half-hourly service to Baden-Baden. The location was quiet, partly due to the main road through the town having been put in a tunnel a number of years ago. My room was one of the largest singles I've had - indeed, it was larger than my living room at home! The buffet breakfast was very good.

“Clean easy access hotel with ample parking”

We used this hotel as our journey dictated the location. The hotel is clean, easy to access and the staff helpful. There is plenty of parking and the rooms are of a good size and facilities ok. There is no bar, though they do have drinks in a fridge cabinet in reception to buy. As with nearly all German hotels of this size and cost, there are no drink facilities in the rooms ie, no coffee, or tea making. However, the room was clean and there are no complaints

Location was good parking for the motorcycle was good as I had a camera. Staff was lovely especially the one in the evening.

The staff were friendly, helpful and kind. They went out of their way to assist me where they could. The room was large, with a big balcony overlooking the scenic Gernsbach.

Spacious rooms, cozy decor and very clean. A super breakfast with many options, even during Corona measures. A short walk to all the cafes and restaurants.
