We had an absolutely wonderful time! The cottage is big, you'll find everything you need, the garden is beautiful, the dogs are really sweet (but if you don't like them, they can be locked on the other side and you won't even see them), and the location is perfect. The hosts were extremely kind and answered all my silly questions very quickly. The dinner was also delicious! You'll love it:)

We arrived late to Johannesburg and our next flight was early in the morning. This place was perfect. It’s very close to Johannesburg airport and the owners are very friendly. They prepared dinner for us for an extra cost.

Excellent stay, highly recommended! My partner and I stayed in this accommodation, which is ideally located near Johannesburg Airport. The hosts are extremely welcoming, flexible, very responsive, and always available, which made our arrival and stay particularly pleasant. The apartment was perfectly clean and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Access to the swimming pool was a real highlight — a much-appreciated moment to cool off and relax after a long flight from France. We highly recommend this place and would happily stay here again if we are lucky enough to return to South Africa one day.

The location is super cool if you stay between the floor after/before the flight.

Loved loved loved this stay! Hosts were extremely kind and helpful. I felt welcomed from the time I made the booking to arrival and check out. Spacious kitchen and dining room with a nice table to sit at, bedroom was large and bed was comfortable. Hot chocolate and cappuccino was provided along with regular tea and coffee plus some risks. Under 15 minutes to the airport, what more do you want?? Highly recommend and will stay again.

The hosts were very warm and welcoming. All I needed in the Johannesburg cold winter was provided. There was even a backup guess stove in case of load shedding. The place is very safe. The swimming pool would have come handy if the temperatures were a little warmer.

Felt super secure , the husband and wife both came out to greet me , they made sure I had an apple for the next day and some milk for my coffee and cornflakes . And it had a bath!! Great amount of towels , face cloths, hand towels and bath mat . Great drink selection for purchase and a lovely personalised instruction booklet The place is spotlessly clean

This is a charming spot, incredibly accessible from OR Thambo airport, with wonderful hosts. I will definitely be returning whenever I have to overnight in Joburg and want somewhere peaceful and cosy to escape to.

We could only stay for one night as it was the day of our departure, but it’s the kind of place we’d love to spend several days in. We stayed in this apartment and could not be more satisfied. It is quiet, comfortable,very big,fully furnished and above all safe. The hosts were amazing, always friendly and willing to help. They even assisted us with a problem we had with the car, which shows their great hospitality. We took away very good memories, not only of the place, but also of them and their lovely doggies.
