“A perfect getaway!”

From the moment we arrived, we were impressed. Our room was stunning beautifully decorated, spacious, and spotlessly clean. It was clear that great care is taken with the upkeep of the accommodations, making it a true pleasure to return to each evening. ​The staff deserves a special mention. Every single person we interacted with was incredibly kind, helpful, and readily available. Whether it was a quick request or just a friendly greeting, their level of service was consistently excellent and truly made us feel welcome. ​Finally, the location is simply unbeatable. It offers the perfect environment for relaxation and unwinding, but also provides easy access to nature for hiking and exploration. We loved being able to switch easily between peaceful downtime and active time outdoors. ​I wholeheartedly recommend VAYA Gerlos to anyone looking for a high-quality stay in a beautiful, tranquil setting. “Perfect in many ways”

VAYA Gerlos was a very pleasant surprise for us. First, we were very warmly received at the reception, we received very useful information about the area and the activities and we had a Summer Card for several touristic attractions. The room was very nice, clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped with anything you might need, including coffee machine, dishwasher, electric oven, etc. The area is superb. We had daily activities, like trips by motorcycle (in Gerlos area and also in Bavaria), going up the mountain by gondola, going to the Krimml waterfall (the biggest waterfall in Europe) and so on. At 5 minutes walking distance, there is a supermarket SPAR and there are several nice restaurants. The location has also a sauna where you can relax in the afternoon. For us is was perfect in many aspects. We will stay at Vaya for sure when we will be back in this area.

Unfortunately the breakfast is very overpriced for what is on offer. everything seems out of a packet and there is not a lot of choice. for the price of 18€ per person we expected A LOT more.

It is close to numerous tourist attractions, very good located. Our apartman was super clean, spacious, filled with every necessary equipments. The staff was very kind, friendly and supportive. We can only highly recommend VAYA Gerlos to anyone. You will not be disappointed with this accommodation. We will definitely go there in the future.

we were upgraded to a larger appartement. it was super big, very, very clean and modern. We even had 2 bathrooms, which were also very clean and modern. On top we had a very spacious balcony.
