Overview
Pension Wassererhof is an old building with rustic and basic furnishing, set in the village of Gmünd, 3.5 km from Gerlos. Every simple furnished room is equipped with a private bathroom fitted with a shower. A basic breakfast is offered. Hiking and biking trails for all levels start at Pension Wassererhof. From 10 June to 15 October, guests receive an unlimited ticket for the Isskogelbahn cable car in Gerlos, which is 4.2 km from the property. From 15 June to 01 October, a ticket for the Königsleiten village lift is included in the rates.

“COSY”
Everything was very nice. Good value for the money. Breakfast was simple, but definitely good! Nice beds, hot water and cosy! Can definitely recommend this place!

The location is hilarious, just perfect. The house itself a bit old but really cozy and the ambiance is great. You live with the staff, you feel yourself at home.

“Total immersion into an old traditional Zillertal house”
The breakfast was more than adequate with boiled eggs from their chickens. Very traditional rustic accommodation with cows n goats. One of my all time favourite places to stay. It was like staying in a museum. Lots of painted / carved Zillertal furniture

This is the real alpine Austria that you wanted to experience. Rural and authentic, but cozy and friendly. Can't beat the view.
