Disappointing service beyond all criticism. We were a family and didn't want anyone to stay, one of the employees asked us to leave after a day. Not recommended at all, it will ruin your trip.

“Beyond expectations! ❤️”

This hotel was beyond our expectations. We felt like we were in a magical movie. The room was very clean and we had balcony with mountain view (we couldn’t get enough of that view). The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a great time at the spa area where everything was clean and tidy. We appreciated that there was a corner with cold water and some little snacks. Breakfast was delicious and the breakfast area was again very beautiful. All in all it was a great holiday and we are looking forward to come again.

Our stay at Hotel Central in Gerlos was excellent! The location is perfect, right in the heart of the resort, close to the slopes, restaurants, and shops. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a beautiful view of the mountains. The staff is extremely friendly and attentive, always with a smile. The breakfast was rich and varied, with fresh products – the perfect start to the day. We truly felt welcome and will gladly return!

“Very nice hotel”

Very nice hotel, big room, everything clean, beds very comfortable, wonderful views. Breakfast was self-service, eggs were made to order, fresh, coffee was good, everything was enough. A small pool that was just enough to refresh at the end of the day. Great location, many hiking trails, valleys, lakes, interesting and beautiful places around. We got a free gondola ticket to the nearby ski area. We used the card and spent a wonderful day high in the hills. The hotel gave us a lot of useful information for sightseeing nearby. “We will return!”

If it's possible to feel at home in a hotel, this was undoubtedly the case. After being soaked to the skin by torrential rain before arriving at the hotel, the welcome was extremely welcoming. We were able to store the motorbikes in the private garage and load them up, and we used the swimming pool and wellness area almost exclusively, as the other guests hadn't arrived yet. After lunch I was telephoned by Anke to welcome us and give us the main information. Our room was upgraded without us asking for it and we are very grateful for that. Everything was very clean and organised. The dinner cooked by Anke was an explosion of flavours and felt like home. Gracias por todo Anke!

“nice place to stay”

Gerlos is a small ski oriented village, we came in the summer so it was pretty quite. The hotel is very nice, the owner Anka is very friendly and helpful. The room was big, comfortable and clean. There is a small spa area also. Breakfast was ok. They also gave us a free ride in the cable car next to the property.

The hotel is in the perfect location in the very center right next to the gondola. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. Super accommodating and very kind staff. Breakfast had nice selection with lots of healthy options. Can only recommend.

It was good price/value, the stuff is very friendly and thoughtfully, you surely feel cared, we came for our wedding anniversary small get away and there were nice touches such a note in the room, and little chocolate. Plus we got a free upgrade to the room.

The staff at Hotel Central was wonderful. The Dutch-speaking owner was welcoming and went out of her way to ensure we were well taken care of. We also enjoyed a nice afternoon at the indoor pool/spa!

What a fantastic stay !. The staff ( everyone) are excellent. Attentive, professional and yet still personal and warm. We felt immediately welcome, the owner took real time and attention to get to know us. The rooms are super, the wellness area is excellent. Our recommendation, give the restaurant a try. The food is amazing, the wines on offer are superb and its a real treat. Okay the prices reflect the high quality and standards of the ingredients and preparation. Its not a schnitzel and chips place !!.... but its a wonderful menu, great service and a bit of gourmet flair in a relaxed and comfortable setting.

The location was great, we had a nice welcome drink, the hotel was very nice and we even got an automatic upgrade. Anke at the reception was super-nice and super-useful. Can highly recommend.

Awesome welcome & host. Really good breakfast. Brand new saunas (60C and finnish). The pool is actually big enough that you can do some swimming! And it's on the third floor. Absurdities like that have to be supported. I got an upgrade from "standart" to "superior" double room, just because the rooms were available - that's the kind of mindset the owners have :)
