Good value accommodation and within walking distance to the centre of Gerlos. Spacious apartments fully equipped with a bathroom for each bedroom. 1 of the apartments was newly refurbished although all were nice. Brigitte was very friendly and helpful and came out to meet us as we arrived, and showed us around all the apartments and the facilities. We were able to access the rooms straight away. Also fresh bread delivered every day!

Very friendly and accommodating lady that gave us our keys. Good, flexible and very friendly contact before arrival. Apartment was wonderful. Enourmously clean, light and spacey. Enough room to put our stuff in. Apartment is only a couple of minutes from the bus stop but we only used the bus once. We walked to and from the village most of the time. It’s really only a 10 minute and beautifull walk to do. Can highly recommend Kolmblick!!

We spent there a fabulous week this summer. It all started with easy access and a really warm welcome. Continued at spacious apartment, 2 bedrooms, every bedroom with separate bathroom. You can't expect fabulous views from the apartment, but quiet surroundings and few minutes by walk to the nearest shop, restaurant, lift or even the walking, hiking and bike routes. We are giving our full recommendation!

It had two separate bedrooms each with individual bathroom and toilet, which I did not expect.

We had visited the apartment already during the low season. The hospitality and friendliness stood at the highest level - from the owner as well as from the co-worker. We were well advised about the local attractions, opening hours of lifts (we wanted to hike in the area) and heard a bit more about this particular region of Austria. The apartment itself is well equipped - we travelled with small children and wanted to prepare part of the dishes at home - which was well possible. Although we chose the single bedroom apartment it was enough, the spacious balcony with the view on the valley let us to feel comfortable. We would recommend to choose the higher floor apartments - because of the views and perspective.

“Nice & good value property”

The apartment is well equipped - it has everything you need for eating/cooking. It has an expresso machine with capsules (some are provided but you can buy more from reception), which is good but in the end we preferred the manual cofee filter. The beds are comfy and warm enough. In general the apartment looks modern and clean, nothing fancy, but we felt at home for the days we stayed there. The location is good if you want to stay in the Gerlos region, if you want to travel to Zillertal or farther you have to go down on the serpentines and then up again; not big deal but tiresome if you want to do this daily. The topcard was included in the price which gives you free rides on the Isskogelbahn and Dorfbahn Königsleiten. All in all we recomend this property.
