The attention to details. Very well maintained premises, a lot of organic decorations. Clean and comfortable pool. Beautiful surroundings. No loud music. Place to have quite evenings with your fellow travellers. Good food selection for breakfast, delicious meals for dinner.

Huge pool surrounded by many trees and flowers, beautiful hotel that used to be a monastery. Absolutely stunning road driving to Villasimius city!

The pool is amazing, the stuff is very professional and kind. They arranged great transfer service for me and were very collaborative all the time.The rooms are quiet spacious and the bed is great, housekeeping every day. Delicious cocktails and wines!!!!

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. There was a wedding party on the Saturday evening, but we were told about it in advance, and the hotel made suitable arrangements. The location was great for exploring the south-east coast of Sardinia, including Cagliari.

The highlights of Il Monastero have to be the personnel (special mention for Sidinie) and the pool! The restaurant is very good too with a wide selection of vegetarian options! We also appreciated the fact that you can borrow parasols for when you go to the beach!

Amazing pool area and good little restaurant. Would 100% recommend having a car as otherwise it would be very difficult to get around.

We had the most amazing time at the hotel. Staff is super friendly, swimming pool and restaurant are seated beautifully and the rooms are very comfortable, in such a charming atmosphere. Daniela, the owner, is very friendly and always keen to help. Would definitely come back.
