Overview
Hotel Manoir au Lac is a large, elegant villa nestled in a peaceful and verdant area in the rolling hills near Lake Gérardmer. There is a restaurant on site and a free parking. Free WiFi is available throughout the property. Built last century, Le Manoir Au Lac was recently renovated to provide you with modern and elegant accommodation. All of the guestrooms overlook the lake or park and are equipped with modern en suite facilities. The hotel also features a heated indoor swimming pool, a sauna and a steam room. On the ground floor, the lounge is equipped with a wide variety of reading material, and a terrace that overlooks Lake Gérardmer. The sheets were fit for Royalty and the meal was absolutely superb!! Great pool. Lovely views and an excellent location with just a short but lovely walk to the town.

Amazing place by the Lac de Gérardmer !! Monsieur Paul welcomed us warmly with enthusiasm - he’s the best !! The breakfast & dinner are also great with the lovely view of the lake.

It’s amazing how well maintained the rooms are. All the property is a lot more beautiful in reality. Very much old french vibe which is truly awesome. Also location 10/10, the views are breathtaking.

Beautiful setting overlooking the lake and ideal for our trip for 3 special occasions. Slight issue on arrival but were given a much better room than they had allocated but I think it was a system problem rather than anything else. Amazing pool area and restaurant both with lake views.

“Hotel great. Location not so good if you want start and end walks/bike rides from the hotel.”
Friendly staff were kind, accommodating, and accepting or our dog, who was very stressed due to stormy weather. The owner of the hotel was not a fan (of the dog), but all the other statt were lovely. Limited menu, but the quality of the food was absolutely excellent.

“Perfect hotel after a long hike”
Breakfast was of good quality and choice (salmon). The breakfast room was perfectly located with a view on the lake. Our room was nicely decorated, the toilet was separated from the spacious bathroom .The bedding was great; silky sheets and embroided pillow covers!

Really well located for touring the Vosges. Great local menu and well priced and good quality wine list. Room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Air conditioning was fine although we didn't really need it. Staff were so eager to please despite our French being so poor. Just a really nice and friendly small hotel.
