“A bit of a let down.”
The villa is a semi-detached property, where there was another family staying in the other part of the building. All of the outdoor facilities are shared between the guests, like bbq area, pool and the garden. The villa is quite cosy but dated and that showed in a few areas. Overall it is a good property, although it is on the main road that runs from Chania to Kissamos, which gets quite busy at times. There is a nice garden to the front. The kitchen is well equipped and the living room downstairs is good size and there is a nice access to the pool. The bedrooms are comfortable and good size, one has a walk-in wardrobe. Overall there is plenty of storage facilities. Despite the description there is only one proper bathroom in the property. While there is a toilet downstairs with a sink, there is only one bathroom with bath and shower over the bath.

erodios villa location is far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the main strip to be very peaceful, but near enough not to be a trek to town ( 15 mins. walk / 5 mins bus ). Anthoula and her mother are delightful people and very conscientious. The garden and surrounds are beautifully kept and nurtured - maintained three times during our 11 night stay. Fresh oranges from the tree for morning juice and several varieties of tomatoes peppers etc. There was no one in the adjacent villa during our stay so the pool was great. Would love to return one day.

“Perfect in everyway!”
Lovely clean villa, with beautiful outside space and swimming pool. The owner had thought of all the little details, and was always on hand to help if needed, and was so lovely. Perfectly located with shops, restaurants and beach nearby , but not too close. We really enjoyed our stay, thank you so much.

Everything was perfect . We enjoyed every moment and had a great time at Erodios Villas. The warm hospitality was amazing and we didn‘t missed a thing at any time. We would definetely recommend this accomodation.
