Overview
Surrounded by a garden on the beach of Gerani, Delta Studios offers air-conditioned studios with a balcony overlooking the Cretan Sea and the mountains. Restaurants, shops and bars can be found in Platanias, within a 10-minute walk. A kitchenette with a fridge and a coffee machine is included in all studios at the Delta. Each has a TV and private bathroom with shower. A bus stops less than 100 metres from the studios. The property is 15 km from Chania Town and 25 km from Chania Airport. Free private parking is offered on site.

Location is excellent, close to the sea. If you are into active nightlife, Platanias is just a few steps away but still far enough that you won't be bothered by it if you prefer nice and quiet evenings.

We had one bedroom apartment with the best view on the second floor! Amazing! 1 minute to the beach. Quiet area, lidl 3 minute drive. Clean apartment, kitchen. We had a perfect week stay there. Parking always available 🤩 100% recommend!

“A quiet little gem right on the beach”
Thank you again to Delta Studios for providing no-fuzz accomodation in an amazing spot right on the beach! For me Delta Studios is a quiet little paradise, with everything you need nearby (supermarket, bus-stop, taverna). The beach is never crowded, and there are some sunbeds one can use for free (but you must bring your own umbrella if you want that). The studio is clean and pretty, and the balcony has a good side-seaview. The shower and kitchen are small, but they provide what you need. If you're looking for a party, this is not the right place. But if you want to relax in a beautiful location by the sea without too many disturbances, I would absolutly recommend this place.

“A unique place for a peaceful vacation”
Very peaceful place, lots of trees around and singing birds. Singing birds can also be heard on the beach. Extremely nice and friendly owner. Our additional requests were accepted. In the ground floor apartment with the seaview, we felt like we were living directly on the beach. It did not heat up and we did not have to use the air conditioning even in the heat. The kitchen was well enough equipped for daily cooking. There were no mosquitoes! Sunbeds and umbrellas are available in all ground floor apartments. In the nearest Artemis supermarket you can buy many local delicious products. Good communication with Chania - buses every 30 minutes. Bus stop right at the entrance. The beach at Delta Studios is practically empty for about 250 meters. Guests of neighboring hotels use the beach right next to their hotels, where they have sunbeds and umbrellas. In the second half of September, this piece of beach was all for our use. The beach is very clean, an additional attraction is the opportunity to watch the morning migration into the sea of small turtles carotta carotta; their nests are marked on the beach with fences. The water is also very clean, sometimes muddled with fine sand if there are large waves. The very entrance to the water is rocky, walking along the seashore (and you can walk even several kilometers) requires proper shoes. The nearby river flowing into the sea is also very clean, and we also saw large fishes in it.

“Really nice place to stay on holiday, not much people around, but it is an advantage.”
The location is great, just in front of the sea, beautiful sandy beach and very clear water. Our rooms are comfortable and clean, the kitchen is small but it is enough, all necessary appliances are there. The host is very nice and helpful.
